The dynamic soft VSC of singular systems which was developed for the purpose of intentionally precluding chattering, achieving high regulation rates and shortening settling times enhanced the dynamic quality of the systems.
This chapter concentrates on highlighting certain important aspects of voltage selection calculation of transformer voltage ratio, specification of insulation levels, examples of voltage regulation, rating, tap ranges, and impedance calculations, and thermal aspects—specification of temperature rise and ambient conditions.

The up-regulation rate is lower in intracellular amastigotes than in promastigotes obtained from the sand fly gut.
The highest down-regulation rate compared to either control group was observed for miR-186 with none of the Tu samples showing an up-regulation.
We found that the up-regulation rate is lower in amastigotes than in sand fly-derived promastigotes, which is in agreement with the over-expression of genes involved in gene expression regulation and signaling in those promastigote populations.
