The term "regulated present" is not a commonly used part of a sentence in English. In fact, it is not grammatically correct and does not have a clear meaning. A more appropriate phrase could be "regulated present tense," which refers to a verb tense used to describe actions that are currently happening and have a set of rules or regulations dictating their use. For example: "He is speaking at the conference tomorrow," where the present tense verb "is speaking" is regulated by the future time marker "tomorrow." Alternatively, you could use the phrase "regulated presence," which refers to a state or condition that is controlled or influenced by a set of rules or regulations. For example: "Her regulated presence in the courtroom was necessary for the court proceedings to continue." In summary, the phrase "regulated present" is not commonly used or considered grammatically correct in written English. Instead, use "regulated present tense" or "regulated presence," depending on the context in which the phrase is being used.
