In order to determine possible advantages of a robotic system, the registration of different milling parameters during defined surgical procedures was the aim of this study.
Two AE features – peak amplitude and peak frequency – were selected as the best cluster-definition features from nine AE parameters by (a) Laplacian score and correlation analysis, (b) principal component analysis and k-means++ algorithm and (c) repeatability and similarity analysis of the clusters in AE registration of different specimens.
The registration of different classes of MPE was done according to the National Coordinating Council for Medication Error Reporting and Prevention guidelines.
Based on volumetric visualisation and the generation of 3D +t maps, CAD tools have to address registration of different image series from different modalities, and extraction of quantitative surrogates.
Finally, in assessing the margin required for a PTV, errors intrinsic in scanners, electronic transfer protocols, accuracy of co-registration of different imaging modalities, and the quality of the imaging are all factors to be considered.
Two important tasks are to be solved by CAD tools: (1) registration of different image series from different modalities, and (2) extraction of quantitative surrogates which can be used for tumour characterisation, therapeutic decision-making, image-guided procedures and efficacy evaluation.
An important result is that the estimator is robust under moderate heterogeneity with respect to the probabilities of first registration of different individuals, i.e. they need not be identical for the estimator to be useful (see Figure 3 in [1]).
There is no available benchmark for the RIR dataset and ground truth to evaluate the registration results of different techniques.
Since it is relatively difficult to compare the registration errors of different point matches, we project them onto a virtual image plane for more accurate comparison using the classical pin-hole perspective projection camera model.
The first application (server/registrar) will coordinate the registration of the different sinks of the DODAG and collect different parameters of the DODAG (like DODAGID and DODAG sequence number).
