I would like to offer a remedy for Richard Rothstein's conundrum regarding whether grades distributed by Harvard professors represent smarter students or shoddier standards.
Many professors fail to provide their students with feedback regarding their grades until the end of the semester, and other students still are wholly unaware of their stance in a class until they check their final grade on Yale SIS.
To do so, current students should follow the grievance procedure set forth elsewhere in this Student Handbook regarding inaccurate grades, and students and alumni should follow the policy set forth in the University's Student Manual section on University Policies and Regulations regarding non-grade corrections to a student's education record.
