Self reported data was solicited through open-ended questions regarding quality assurance practices and collection of program-developed quality assurance materials.
This article aims to identify key issues regarding quality assurance of transnational higher education and discusses the quality assurance of the tropEd Network for International Health in Higher Education in relation to these key issues.

Another reason could be that better training and supervision in laboratory specialties derive from the presence of requirements for accreditation standards regarding quality assurance of service [ 18] in these specialties including proper training and assessment of staff before they are given responsibility for specific service tasks.
Lack of detailed microbiological method was noted in various studies with no detailed information regarding quality assurance; but despite this limitation an increased trend of resistance to commonly used antibiotics such as ampicillin, co-trimoxazole, gentamicin, erythromycin, tetracycline and third generation cephalosporins was noted.
