"reflexive point" is not an established grammar term in English
The term "reflexive" is usually used as an adjective. For example, "a reflexive pronoun." It can also be used as a noun, to mean "the action of reflecting back upon oneself," as in "the student's reflexive examination of her life choices." To phrase something in terms of a "reflexive point," you could say "He realized that, in his reflection on the situation, he was making a point of self-examination."
