Our use of modeling and debriefing evolved over the course of the Design Phase year, based on how the TLs responded during TLP sessions, our conversations with the UUSD members of the Design Team, and our own reflections captured in research memos.
Therefore critical reflections in the research group were used as significant means to enhance study credibility throughout the process.
In research, reflection has been pointed out as central for the linking of theory with practice in the learning process [ 14- 17].
The nursing literature highlights the need to promote the concept of reflective practice and to assist students in reflection, and research indicates the need to refine and develop debriefing strategies, which is the focus of the current paper.
Further in-depth reflection and research are need.
Although the concept is ambiguous, few critical reflections on the concept in research ethics have been completed, despite the justifying role it plays in (early human) clinical trials [ 1- 5].
Reflection on the dominant approach in research and governance of agriculture reveals the different values on which the approach is based, and may lead to different practices, evaluations and perspectives on cisgenic plants [55].
