A rate of $100,000 per annum was applied thereafter, to reflect on-going support from the partners, which will depend on securing new funding once the original funding phase has ended.
Turning the gaze to the privileged requires rethinking the focus of care, critically reflecting on whether policies and practices support or undermine Indigenous health, and engaging Indigenous people in the process.

Furthermore, from interviews with nurses Strang, Strang, and Ternestedt [ 29] found that nurses' opinions varied from never having reflected on existential support to considering it to be the most important aspect of nursing.
The findings highlighted two main themes: internal factors that deal with individual characters, responsibility and communication challenges; external factors that were reflected on organizational preconditions, support systems, educational and cultural development (Fig. 1).
Some participants reflected on the importance of nurse support, peer support, the support of friends and family and how their trial participation influenced those around them.

Although the interviewees reflected on the importance of support among all levels, views differed in the ordering of attaining that support, underscoring our conclusion that the process is non-linear and may unfold in diverse sequences without a single path to successful scale-up.
