The phrase "refined parameter" is grammatically correct and can be used in written English.
It is most commonly used in technical or scientific writing to describe a specific aspect or variable that has been carefully adjusted or improved. Example: The researchers were able to further enhance their model by incorporating more refined parameters, resulting in more accurate predictions.
Starting with a set of (typically user-chosen) initial parameter values, the training algorithm employs an iterative procedure which subsequently derives new, more refined parameter values.
