This work presents cosimulating refined models with timed data flow paradigm of SystemC AMS.
The refined models usually cause problems in the preliminary design where the design is frequently changed.
Refined models are described as tools aiming at improved noise control at the sources.
Equivalent Single Layer (ESL) and Layer Wise (LW) refined models have been considered.
The individually refined models were then docked into the maps of the full KATP channel and refined respectively.
Refined models were subjected to energy minimisation by DS3.5 with the minimisation protocol.
Refined models and structure factor data have been deposited in PDB (4M7U and 4M7V).
Refined models are found in the literature, often with terms of period 6 months [ 14], sometimes 3 months [ 3], and, rarely, smaller [ 11].
Finally, globally similar models and/or locally similar model fragments are combined using a novel model combination algorithm to generate refined models.
