To enable unsupervised cluster analysis, we performed unbiased reduction in probe number from around 60,000 to several thousands of probes.
We observed a wide spectrum of sensitivity, with most CDXG kinases requiring micromolar concentrations of hypothemycin to block labeling by probe 2.
