Controls for specificity of in situ hybridization (Fig. 1G) and immunohistochemistry (Fig. 1K and Q), using excess oligonucleotide or immunizing peptides respectively, eliminated or dramatically reduced labelling.

The most essential factors for attaining high efficacy of targeted immunotherapy of cancers is its specificity and sensitivity in targeting the receptors on cancer cells, while eliminating, or at least reducing, labeling of healthy cells (Fig. 2).

We suggest that research on nutrition labeling should focus on ways to improve food labels' ability to capture consumer attention, reduce label complexity and convey numeric nutrition information in simpler and more meaningful ways, such as through interpretive food labels, the addition of simple text, reduced use of percentages and easy-to-understand presentation of serving size information.
In our case, due to the significant biological variations existing among blueberry samples, the classifier required frequent updates in practical applications, and the active learning algorithms could remarkably reduce label effort during the model updating processes.
