Maximum likelihood and Bayesian analyses recover trees with good support for relationships that are largely congruent with taxonomy (Figure S1, Text S1).
Numerous search methods available in TNT were utilized to search the tree space but the following approach was found to consistently recover trees with minimum lengths from our datasets.
