We introduced this transgene into the Pcdhg, Pcdhg, and Pcdhg backgrounds, and recorded inhibitory currents (Vh = 0 mV) from GFP-labeled DSGCs, which we call vDSGCs here.
Specifically, 3D images recorded in the cross-polarized (VH) linear working scheme (Figure 14(a) and 14(c)) evidence better phase measurement accuracy, contrast, spatial resolution (of the order of millimeter at 1.5 m), as well as less phase noise compared to 3D models recorded by using the copolarized (VV) linear working configuration (Figure 14(b) and 14(d)).
Chronic conditions and socio-demographic characteristics of 260 male VH residents were recorded.

The reported anisotropies were corrected for instrument response (G-factor) and calculated using the following expression : 〈 r 〉 = I vv − GI vh I vv + 2 GI vh G = I hv I hh were I xy corresponds to the fluorescence intensity recorded for vertical (v) or horizontal (h) polarizer position (x for excitation path, y for emission path).
For each pair, we stepped presynaptic SACs from a holding potential (Vh) of −70 mV to +20 mV while holding postsynaptic SACs at +30 mV to record inhibitory currents.
