Trial registration was declared in the publication of 37 trials (12.3%) and 69 records of registration (23.0%) were found online.

They include 7,000 absentee ballots and 1,000 so-called affidavit ballots, cast on Election Day by voters who said they were registered even though there was no record of their registration.
The database includes a full record of patient registration, consultation, diagnoses, and prescribing for all patients from participating practices.
