Further recommendations on parameter variation are rare.
The aim of this study was to develop consensus recommendations on safety parameters for mobilizing adult, mechanically ventilated, intensive care unit (ICU) patients.
In 2004, the American College of Critical Care Medicine reported an update to their recommendations on practice parameters for haemodynamic support of sepsis in adult patients [ 21].
A number of papers have evaluated the influence of different parameters for contrast administration, including iodine concentration, total volume of contrast, injection rate, and other factors [ 20, 23– 25], on arterial and/or parenchymal enhancement [ 13], but very limited general recommendations on optimised parameters could be gleaned from these publications.
This will then help us develop a formal recommendation on functional implementation parameters for an interdisciplinary primary care model and on how they influence potential effects.
In the ordering state of the UbiSOM algorithm we have empirically set (eta _{i}=0.1), (eta _{f}=0.08), (sigma _{i}=0.6) and (sigma _{f}=0.2), based on the recommendation that learning parameters should be initially relatively high to allow the unfolding of the map over the underlying distribution.
We conclude with recommendations on key design parameters including window control, wind pressure coefficients and weather data resolution to help improve early-design-stage predictions of natural ventilation performance using EnergyPlus.
Finally, a techno-economic analysis of the heat recovery schemes is conducted, and some recommendations on optimization design parameters are proposed, with full consideration of various factors such as the decrease on fuel cost due to energy conservation as well as the investment cost of heat recovery retrofitting.
Critical Issues: Any recommendation on antioxidants must be based on solid clinical evidence and patient-relevant outcomes rather than surrogate parameters.
