Further work investigating the interaction between stimulus material (e.g. words, objects, scenes) and processing demands of the encoding and retrieval tasks (e.g. conceptual, perceptual, subjective, objective) is required to determine the extent to which domain-general and domain-specific recollection effects are observed during memory tasks.
