CVL [27] is a database of handwritten samples supporting handwriting recognition, word spotting and writer recognition.
In this section, we observed the recognition performance in terms of speech recognition word error rate (WER).
Three tasks were proposed using a classical pre-test/training/post-test design, written word recognition, word reading aloud and word spelling.
