All MindSpot therapists, most of whom are registered psychologists, receive competency-based training in administration of risk assessments, as well as training in how to engage with crisis or emergency services when referring patients for immediate support.
To overcome these, the staff involved in the use of HP were limited, received competency-based training and were supervised by the researchers.
All participants correctly passing all examination questions received a competency certificate valid for four years.
