Nearly three decades later, the Hawkins family is the nucleus of the rebuilding of the Colorado football program.
The model was systematically improved using iterative cycles of manual rebuilding with the program Coot [77] and refinement with Refmac5 of CCP4 6.1.2 Program Suite [74], [75].
Model refinement was interspersed with sessions of model rebuilding using the program Coot.
The structure was refined using alternating cycles of manual rebuilding in the program O (Jones et al., 1991) and torsional simulated annealing and grouped B-factor refinement against data to 2.8 Å using the program CNS_SOLVE (Brunger et al., 1998; Brunger, 2007).
Each cycle of refinement was accompanied by manual rebuilding using the program COOT (Emsley et al., 2010).
This combined solution was subjected to multiple cycles of refinement in Refmac5 to 2.7 Å resolution [28], followed by model rebuilding in the program O [29].
O'Brien spoke of the importance of his class in rebuilding the program, said Brian Breneman, Adam's father.
"To me, the most important thing is rebuilding the program," said Patrick Nero, the commissioner of the America East Conference, of which Binghamton is a member.
Gregory, in turn, embraced the metaphor of rebuilding the basketball program along with the actual arena, though he says the somewhat singular situation — U.C.L.A. is dealing with a similar issue — has not become a major distraction.
