After every activity we undertook, we were asked the question "why?" closely followed up by a " and why?" if we hadn't drawn out all of the possible reasons for the task being undertaken.
"One of the reasons for the task force was that the non-tenure-track path has grown a bit haphazard and the titles and positions are not well defined across the entire university," says Tanya Zlateva, taskforce chair and associate dean for academic programs at Boston University Metropolitan College.
