"It's really a low risk for us," said Marjorie Anders, a Metro-North spokeswoman.
Patients with combinations of the "new" risk factors (that is, those not included in CHADS2) did show stroke rates of about 4% annually, and thus were not really at low risk.

"If, using FRAX, someone's fracture risk is really low, a bone mineral density test probably wouldn't change the risk very much," Dr. Susan M. Ott, a bone specialist affiliated with the University of Washington in Seattle, said in an interview.
Lynn Hearton, of the Family Planning Association, said: "Although the combined pill does slightly increase the risk of thrombosis, the risk is still really low".
"Hospital stocks, generic drug companies, defense companies like Newport News Shipbuilding and financial companies in particular, insurance companies offer really good returns at pretty low risk; they aren't sensitive to slowdowns in the economy," he says.
Some participants remarked that they might "relax" a little more in terms of diabetes prevention but noted that other factors would still motivate maintaining a healthy lifestyle: "if the risk was really low, I suppose it would make me less motivated, but the sort of things that I am trying to do, I want to do anyway, not specifically…to prevent diabetes".
Tenants who are not under-occupying but were in arrears before the bedroom tax came in, such as those already on housing benefit and seeing their housing support go down, the recently unemployed or those in really low paid jobs – are also at risk of eviction.
Caution should be paid in patient with epilepsy, because a risk (even if really low!) for seizure is reported.
