"ready it" is not a correct or commonly used phrase in written English.
It is possible that "read it" was intended, which means to look at or examine something in written form. Example: "Ready it" does not make sense in the sentence "I'm going to ready it before sending it out for review." The correct phrase to use would be "read it."
