I have only a few minor clarifications that would help (for me at least) readability.
Whatever purpose it might have served, the "next" button may go extinct as Instapaper, Readability and other personalized scrapers give readers - or at least some readers - what they really want: a reading experience that is as unencumbered as what they've come to expect in print.
A disaster is a damaging event that undoes or at least massively disrupts the victims' "readability of the world".
Crucially, the kind of data that Readability is putting together is not, for now at least, based on "learning" what you like or targeting you in any way.
(Medium.com, of course, does an amazing job with big type and readability, but it doesn't need to integrate advertising -- at least not yet -- as it floats on a sea of VC bucks).
