Your peers are unlikely to read your thesis and judge you on it.
Read your thesis until you know your work backward and forward, reread your field's seminal papers, strive to stay relaxed, and keep your thoughts open and accessible.
All you need is a university degree, an idea, and a professor who will read your thesis and give your exam.
So in the week or two before your thesis defense, read your thesis all the way through with a critical eye and a highlighter in hand to refresh your memory about experimental details, protocols, results, and your conclusions.
A word of warning though--it is a good idea never to actually read your thesis ever again, because after about 6 months it somehow morphs into the scientific equivalent of your earliest primary school notebooks.
Your parents won't read your thesis, your friends won't read your thesis, your girlfriend won't read your thesis.
