The most prevalent arrangement predicted by the MD simulations is the closed conformation (closely agreeing with the respective x-ray arrangement) or related geometries where, e.g., three bases are stacked and the fourth one samples mostly bulged-in geometries.
With LCLS, it is possible to probe the sub-picosecond time domain, e.g., by triggering chemical changes with an optical pump/X-ray probe arrangement [29], or to observe sub-populations of conformational variation in the protein ensemble that are key to understanding enzyme mechanism and regulation [30].
Using a compound microscope equipped with differential interference contrast, further scorable characters are the presence of a round median pharyngeal bulb, the characteristic vulva cell division pattern [ 2], and the shape and arrangement of rays in the male tail, including a ray 6 that lacks a tip opening to the outside and which tapers from a wide base [ 12].
The number of KCNA genes and their genomic arrangement in ray-finned fish has not been studied before.
In order to better understand where these effects may originate we considered the arrangement of rays passing through the entrance and exit windows of the laparoscopes as shown in Fig. 2. Rays originating from an image point are aligned approximately parallel to each other when they pass through the exit window with points at the edge of the image passing at greater angles.
In this way – through MT density and large number of ray cells within a lattice arrangement, where quantum computing and quantum entanglement could take place – the potential limitation would be overcome of not having one particular cell type, like a neuron, or tissue especially enriched by MTs, like a brain.

The structure, determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction, exhibits a parallel arrangement (along the [1¯10] direction) of infinite chains, built from (Zn2P2O12) four-membered rings sharing ZnO4 tetrahedra, interconnected together by strong hydrogen bonds to form a sheet-like architecture and with chains of (H2PO4 n−n extending along [1 0 0] at y = 1/2 to form a 3D anionic network.
