Have you ever tried to explain, in simply worded verbal instructions, what is to you a simple technical task, like assembling a flatpack drawer or drilling a hole in a wall and attaching a shelf using a rawl plug?

Years ago, I remember sweeping out the sawdust and scattered Rawl plugs from my dad's shed, padding out our plastic red sledge with cushions and setting up a bumble bee hospital on the old scarred workbench.
