We have summarized in Figure 4 most of the observations made in this study related to myocardial FAO in the AR rat mode.
Using fold change (from the fluorescent images) as a representation of relative protein abundance, 74 of the 137 identified proteins were seen to significantly (p < 0.05, q < 0.05 see methods) decrease following hemorrhagic shock in the described rat mode (Additional file 1: Table S1).
