Using the family Fr we initiate algorithmic study, both in classical and parameterized complexity, of following graph modification problems: r-Rank Vertex Deletion, r-Rank Edge Deletion and r-Rank Editing.
Then we show that these problems are fixed parameter tractable (FPT) by designing an algorithm with running time 2O klogr)nO(1) for r-Rank Vertex Deletion, and an algorithm for r-Rank Edge Deletion and r-Rank Editing running in time 2O(f(r)√klogk)nO(1).
Moderna has also paired with Vertex Pharmaceuticals (ranked No. 5 in this year's list), to discover and develop mRNA therapies for cystic fibrosis patients who have a dysfunctional cystic fibrosis transmembrane conductance regulator (CFTR) protein or are missing it altogether.
For each vertex i, vertices are ranked by their probability, so that the vertex that the random walker is most likely to be located on is ranked first.
In Figures 8 and 9, with the growth of network scale, energy efficiency ranks with the vertex angle of divided sector, but while the parameter ⌈R/r⌉ maintains in small section such as lower than 20, small β as 0.1 cannot achieve high energy efficiency.

The results of Mod_Parallel include four parts: 1) a CSV file that indicates the edges of the combinatorial gene regulatory network; 2) the vertices/edges ranked by topological features; 3) significantly co-regulating regulator pairs (p < 0.01, one-sided Fisher's exact test); 4) significance of the recurrence of the 18 triple-vertex motifs and all instances of the existing motifs.
