The metrics selected are giant composition, the shortest path to the most central node, degree centrality, eigenvector centrality, page rank centrality, betweenness centrality, closeness centrality, clustering coefficient, structural equivalence to the most central node and community average centrality [10, 15, 17, 18, 24, 25].
The Page rank centrality reveals the importance of a node on the basis of its links to other central nodes [33, 34].
Another recent structure-based prediction method [ 49] is based on various centrality measures of nodes in graphs of interacting residues: closeness, betweenness and page-rank centrality, general center of mass of the structure, relative solvent accessibility, and sequence conservation.
We have applied methods of network analysis to reveal the most central skills, knowledge, abilities, and work activities in order to identify the maximum spanning tree (MST) in each network, and rank the centrality of its nodes.
