Genes repressed by both enediynes and γ-radiation (Sector III) were represented by 31 Gene Ontology categories.
Genes induced by both enediynes and γ-radiation (Sector I) were represented by 13 Gene Ontology categories, 7 of which are involved in DNA repair [see Additional file 1].
