Their system consists of a flow sheet to track visits by pregnant patients, a detailed medical history questionnaire, end-of-visit handouts of dos and don'ts and a reference manual for doctors and nurses, updated three times a year by obstetrical experts, that outlines treatment for almost every situation a pregnant woman might encounter.
