Every time there is an opportunity for Q. and A., there is at least one question of the form, 'What would Founder X think about current event, or living person, Y?' No subject is too trivial, no problem too difficult".
With At the Gates of Heaven and Hell, there's the question of the form of the show itself: a bunch of ambulance-chasers asking a semi-drunk audience to vote on whether someone is good or bad.
This is a counterfactual question of the form discussed in subsection 5.2, and we refer the reader to the references given there.
