The word "queers" is technically a correct word in written English, but it is not a suitable or acceptable term to use when referring to LGBTQ+ individuals.
It can be considered offensive and disrespectful. "Queers" is often used as a slur or insult towards LGBTQ+ individuals, so it should not be used in any form of formal or respectful writing or conversation.
