In our understanding risk is an interdisciplinary concept that acknowledges the benefits and necessary cases for quantification, but at the same time underlines the integration of individual perception and social construction.
This allowed us to include the data from all experiments in an overall quantification, while at the same time accounting for differences in sample sizes, variances, and response levels across different experiments.
So far as syllogistic was concerned, some logicians, such as Lambert of Auxerre (or Lagny) gave a standard account of the Aristotelian syllogism which is centered on the universal and particular quantification of general terms at the same time as they gave examples with singular terms, such as "Every man is an animal, Socrates is a man, therefore Socrates is an animal".
