BRUSSELS — The European Commission will seek to salvage its beleaguered biofuels policy on Thursday by announcing a quality-certification process for biodiesel and ethanol and clarifying limits on fuels from sensitive areas like forests and partly drained peat lands.
This was expensive between concept approvals, extensive technical requirements and laborious quality assurance and certification processes.
Such incentives include the "Sick Leave Billion" (Sjukskrivningsmiljarden), with the government spending SEK 1 billion each year from 2006 to 2013 to provide Sweden's 21 county councils with financial incentives to continue their efforts to enhance the quality and efficiency of the sickness certification process [ 2].
The authors showed that, independently of the classical prognostic factors, the diagnosis and treatment services provided at certified breast centres improved the prognosis of breast cancer patients and attributed this to the quality-assured care based on the certification process.
Today, Kaydon's chief executive, Brian P. Campbell, said in a statement, "While we are confident that Kaydon manufactures the highest quality products, we regret that in this instance, our certification process failed to meet applicable inspection and reporting requirements".
Breast centers and their data quality are audited annually as part of the continuous certification process.
Unguresan says positive outcomes of the measures implemented through their certification process are improved productivity and high-quality talent retention, which means better operating performance overall.
In either case, researchers cannot be fully confident that the certification process has captured all the elements of the quality of the data and cannot be entirely sure of their analyses based on that data.
