Here I report a preliminary simulation conducted using the following parameter values: threshold hysteresis, 30 min; supra- and sub-threshold Psw, 0.02062; suprathreshold Pws, initial 0.11715, final 0.00554; subthreshold Pws, initial 0.11593, final 0.00416.
The second experiment used PW 2 (Fig. 2b), whose TDS concentration of 25,500 mg/L is lower than PW 1.
TDS concentrations of the two PWs, PW 1 and PW 2, were 25,500 and 34,400 mg/L, respectively, mainly from chloride (56 60 %) and sodium (36 38 %) (Table 1).

The device was implemented and evaluated in the field taking into consideration two different transmission power levels (PW 0 and PW 1) and three receiver positions: (i) on the left mudguard; (ii) at the top of the ROPS Roll Over Protection Structuree); and (iii) on the front of the engine's hood of two different tractors.
To determine whether CYFIP1 and NIPA2 were deleted in PWS/AS patients known to have large deletions of chromosome 15q11-q13, we performed FISH experiments on two PWS (PWS-1 and PWS-2) and three AS patients (AS-1, AS-2, & AS-3) using the BAC clones (289D12 and 26F2) where CYFIP1 and NIPA2 were identified (Fig. 4, data from one PWS patient (I, I', J& J') and three AS patients (A to H') are shown).
