For the second consecutive week the best general-purpose money market fund with assets of more than $100 million surveyed by Donoghue's was Dreyfus World Wide Dollar Money Market Fund, distributed by the Dreyfus Service Corporation in Garden City, L.I.
Of the general-purpose money market funds with assets of more than $100 million, the Alger Money Market Portfolio had the best return, with a yield of 8.55percentt.

The report, written by Elizabeth Kingsley, a Washington lawyer, spells out her concerns about potentially improper use of charitable dollars for political purposes, money transfers among the affiliates and potential conflicts created by employees working for multiple affiliates, among other things.
