Big G has been busy this past week sending out notifications to winners of its #ifihadglass purchase campaign (and even rescinding a few that failed to live up to its T&Cs).
The startup offers a few different ways for businesses to take advantage of its tools, the first being a post-purchase campaign that allows customers to share the details of the purchase on Facebook, Twitter or via email, as soon as the transaction completes.
The FEC did not approve the use of bitcoins to purchase campaign goods and services.
This included an extensive marketing program in the U.S. television networks, print advertisements in several leading video game and men's magazines, radio promotions broadcasts on alternative rock stations in major markets, and pre-order and point of sale purchase campaigns.
Campaign contributions include the purchase of campaign merchandise such as the shirt Ashton is pictured wearing but only if it's purchased directly from the political campaign.
These kinds of details always acquire more purchase during campaign season, when politicians try and relate to normal people with a kind of surgical vigor, eating at regional fast-food chains, sipping carefully screened beers, dropping off-the-cuff references to favorite movies.
They have already raised more than $10 million, enlisted more than 300,000 supporters, aired national television ads advocating expanded background checks for gun purchases and campaigned for the measure in a dozen states.
Government initiatives, the report says, could include fuel economy standards tougher than the federal goal for 2025 of 54.5 miles per gallon; support for research and development; rebate incentives for buyers of efficient cars and surcharges for inefficient purchases; and campaigns to familiarize consumers with the new options.
"Buyers can still purchase smartphone campaigns from Mojiva, but the difference with Mojiva Tab is that there will dedicated resources developing packages, securing new publishers and app content in the tablet space," David Gwozdz, CEO of Mojiva, tells TechCrunch.
Too many operations have opened up, forcing them into competition and sparking the kind of point-of-purchase advertising campaigns that you usually associate with supermarkets and pizzerias.
