"Over all, 94 million Americans will have a lower tax bill next year, including 70 million women and 28 million families with children," Mr. Bush said in Des Moines, where he signed a bill extending various tax breaks for middle-class families, including a provision to continue the $1,000 per child tax credit for five years.
This result also indicates the potential for flight-induced changes in maternal egg provisioning to continue exerting effects later in offspring development.
"It's a matter of law that if an incumbent is moved, there are provisions made to continue their services," said Greg Rohde, head of the Commerce Department's national Telecommunications and Information Administration, which manages the government's use of the spectrum.
"We currently expect 2009 net charge-offs to be higher than 2008 levels and provision expense to continue to exceed charge-offs, resulting in continued growth in our loan loss reserves," the company said.
