Perceptions of community groups of service quality was found to be lowest in the areas of client waiting time; client-provider communication; information provision, availability of client complaint systems and respectfulness of staff.
We first evaluated the level of service provision for four core ANC quality attributes individually (days per week with ANC provision, availability of skilled health workers, ANC functions, and ANC screening tests) and then combined them to assess the overall level of ANC provision at all Zambian ANC facilities.
Service provision is dependent upon HC funding (staffed for a 5 day week, minimal weekend service and on call service afterhours; not 24/7 service provision), availability of staff (relief not always provided for holidays or educational leave), callouts the previous night, staff skill mix and community size.
The service provision in care homes (including palliative care provision and availability) and source of funding are also diverse [ 3, 4, 13, 18– 20].
The dimensions measured include doctors' and nurses' technical skills, interpersonal skills, information provision, and availability; satisfaction with other hospital staff interpersonal skills and information provision; exchange of information with the care team; waiting-time; hospital access; hospital comfort; and overall satisfaction with care.
Traditional approaches to network provisioning assume availability of the reliable estimates for the expected demands.
We try to compare the performance based on seven different metrics (CPU performance, Memory performance, Disk I/O performance, Mean Response time (MRT), Provisioning time, Availability, and Variability).

Patients with a relatively higher level of global health status reported higher level of satisfaction with doctors' and nurses' interpersonal skills, information provision and availability.
