MOSAIC involved a significant investment of economic resources (time and money) from health professionals, training providers, mentors and women at risk.
This includes direct mentoring of care providers, mentoring and training of managers to respond to system gaps – including resource allocation – and ongoing adaptations of the interventions to increase quality and in turn improve expected impact.
