A prototype method was developed to update the U.S. Geological Survey (USGS National Land Cover Database NLC DD) 2001 to a nominal date of 2006.
This prototype method was applied to mAbs 447-52D and 2219 from the crystal structures of these mAbs complexed with V3 loop peptides and demonstrated that pseudoviruses with sequences containing the epitope signature motifs are highly sensitive to the mAbs targeting that motif, while those lacking the motifs were poorly sensitive to neutralization.
