"prospectus" is correct and usable in written English.
It can be used as a noun to mean a formal document describing the features, objectives, and costs of a proposed project, especially one issued by a company offering securities to the public or by an educational institution. Example: The university had an comprehensive prospectus outlining the various degree programs offered.
