Finally, conditions 3 and 4 are required by the proofs of Theorems 3 and 1, respectively, and also make sense from a practical point of view: if the target is bounded, we would expect the proposal learnt from it to be also bounded and this proposal should be heavier tailed than the target in order to avoid under-sampling the tails.
We followed (V) methodological rigor during its development and evaluation, (VI) analyzing existing solutions and basing the proposal on learning objects repositories, linked data and video repositories and (VII) ensuring results publication.
One challenge would be the proposal of learning approaches, which combine at least the network topology including the number of hops between landmarks—and RTTs for each couple of hosts.

One result that may not appear to fit comfortably with our proposal that learning about landmarks and boundaries is governed by the same error-correction principle is the failure of the boundary to overshadow the landmark in Experiments 2 and 3.
In the first experiment, rats with lesions of the hippocampus were impaired at finding the hidden platform, lending support for the proposal that learning to find a goal that is a certain direction and distance from a boundary is dependent upon the hippocampus.
The proposals on learning in digital environments cannot be limited to the use of platforms, resources, devices, mobile applications without situating all of these in the material, relational and sociocultural context they come from.
A different aspect offered is one in which proposals conceive learning and knowledge production as a citizen's process, self-regulated and inscribed in a "makers" culture (Lafuente, 2013; Lafuente et al., 2013; Lafuente & García, 2015), which in a way recovers the spirit of critical pedagogy (Freire, 1970), experiential learning (Kolb, 2014), and even located learning (Lave & Wenger, 1991).
This is a critical and stressful time in a young researchers' academic career, when scientists are juggling a variety of tasks, all of which are important: getting their research programs off the ground, cranking out reams of funding proposals, and learning the art of university teaching.
