The proportion of subjects who confirmed subjective memory complaints was also not particularly elevated compared with community-based [ 39, 40] or population-based studies [ 41].
However, we did identify a higher proportion of subjects with a lower subjective wellbeing among the free-living older adults (13.5 %) compared to the senior orienteering athletes (0.82%%), as judged by EQ-VAS.
The proportion of perceived subjective health status (perceived physical fatigue, mental stress and health concern) 'very often' was also high in the alone family structure, with high levels of poor mental health (34.5%) and severe hypertension (20.5%).
After 14 days of treatment with the study medication when the patients were examined again at visit 2, there was a dramatic drop in the proportion of patients experiencing subjective symptoms (Fig. 5).

The primary outcome is the change in clinician-rated 17-item GRID-Hamilton Depression Rating Scale (GRID-HAMD) score at 16 weeks, and secondary outcomes include severity and change in scores of subjective depression symptoms, proportion of responders and remitters, safety and quality of life.
