The percentage of CD3+ and CD19+ represented the relative quantities of T and B lymphocytes, and the percentage of CD4+ and CD8+ explained the proportion of helper T (Th) cells and cytotoxic T (Tc) cells, respectively.
Although the inhibition effect of l-sorbose on the growth of helper strain makes assurance of the balanced proportion of helper strain and K. vulgare and an effective production of 2-KLG in low concentration of l-sorbose fermentation, the inhibition effect has greatly influenced the growth of the helper strain and led a low 2-KLG production in high concentration of l-sorbose fermentation.
If our ancestors lived in small bands containing different proportions of helpers and cheaters, those bands with more helpers could thrive and spawn similar groups.

Although both SKG and wild-type T-cell subsets produce similar proportions of T-helper-17 and T-helper-1 effectors under these conditions, SKG T cells are more strongly self-reactive than wild-type T cells [ 9].
