Numerical results, associated to this first part, showed the effectiveness of this awareness strategy while the targeted region, aiming to control, was still sensitive to the adequate contacts proportion of domains at high risk.
We derive a similarity measure between all pair-wise combinations of species based on the predicted proportion of domains or DDIs that are shared between species, by using the basic probability set theory.
We then tested the association by comparing the proportion of domains with entropy = 0 to that of 10 000 randomized subject and escape assignments within each domain with respect to the overall subject and escape percentages.
