RR is calculated as the proportion of batches affected with condition A given condition B is present in the batch, divided by proportion of batches with the condition A but with condition B not present.
Indeed, a higher proportion of batches were infected with A. pleuropneumoniae in systems employing all in-all out on room basis compared to when all in-all out rearing was carried out by site [ 5].
For each herd, the proportion of the batch with different lesions was then used for further analyses.
