We used the following training features: Gaussian blur, Sobel filter, Hessian, difference of Gaussians, membrane projections, variance, median, anisotropic diffusion, bilateral, Kuwahara, Gabor, derivatives, Laplacian, structure, entropy and neighbours.
The energy spectrum is determined in the streamwise wavenumber frequency domain in the spacecraft frame (Eulerian frame) from the four-point magnetic field data using the wave telescope (multi-point signal resonator extension or MSR extension), which is a combination of the minimum variance projection with the eigenvalue-based projection (Narita et al. 2011).
After projecting the data into the subspace of the direction with the highest robust variance, projection pursuit searches for an approximation of the next eigenvector which is assumed to be orthogonal to the previous one.

Our variance projection statistic, computing the difference in variation structure between experimental samples in future populations, is a flexible breakdown that can serve as an alternative to broad-sense heritability; in TreVarP we extend the concept naturally to summarizing how heritable factors affect drug response.
More precisely, we pick the cross-sections in which the ratio of the average observed mass through the projections to the variance of the mass in the projections is above some specified tolerance.
